In this business, trust has to exist before a client ever sits in your chair — most people research reviews before booking anything close to their face or hair. That makes a salon uniquely vulnerable to the review imbalance: your regulars, who've trusted you for years, rarely think to leave a review. But one client unhappy with a single appointment will. New clients who'd have loved your work never get the chance to find you, because the one loud voice outweighs dozens of quiet, happy ones. ReviewMagnet makes it effortless for every satisfied client to leave a review on their way out, so your online reputation finally reflects your actual skill, not just your worst day.
Pune's growing neighbourhoods and young, mobile-first customer base mean local search is often the very first impression a business makes — before a customer has even walked past the shopfront. Getting that first impression right, consistently, matters more here than almost anywhere else.
